The multiple listing services (MLS), right? Individuals can access the MLS directly if they are licensed agents or through major websites such as Realtor.com or SignonSanDiego.com. There are also other websites that pay a fee to upload listings directly from the MLS!
The point is we pay special attention to what goes on the MLS. Unfortunately a large number of Realtors fail to recognize that the key to strong advertising stems from their own original work on the MLS input sheet!! Now more than ever we see what I call “drive by” photos of properties. Not to mention repetitive and less than enticing descriptions. Unfortunately, sellers might not have any idea how much their lack of good work in this area is really costing them!
We take the time to reflect on the marketing of each property, and I’m hands on in administering MLS inputs. We have the expertise and the educational background to produce superior work.
